## What it is

Customize is where you shape chat. **Memory** is what Infinall AI remembers about you and your business. **Skills** are reusable sets of instructions. **Connectors** link chat to your other tools.

## Who can use it

Everyone. The code does not limit memory, skills or connectors by plan.

## Cost

Free, no credits. Setting up memory, skills and connectors never uses credits. The replies that use them follow the normal chat cost.

## Where to find it

Click **Customize** in the chat sidebar. It has three tabs: **Skills**, **Connectors** and **Memory**. The same screens are in Settings, under **Memory**, **Skills** and **Connectors**. In a chat, the plus button (**Add files**) also has quick **Skills** and **Connectors** lists and a **Memory** switch.

2. Type in "Add something for Infinall to remember, e.g. Our brand voice is playful and direct" and click **Add**.
3. Hover over a memory to see **Edit memory** and **Delete memory**.

You can also say "remember..." or "forget..." in any chat.

## How to create a skill

1. Open **Customize**, **Skills**, then **Add**, then **Create a skill**.
2. Fill in **Name** (for example Product launch email), **When to use it (one sentence)** and the instructions. The command shows as /name.
3. Click **Save skill**.
4. Use it by typing / in a chat and picking it, or let **Auto skills** pick it.

You can also type /skill in a chat to save the chat's approach as a skill.

## How to browse the skill library

1. Open **Customize**, **Skills**, then **Discover**.
2. Pick a category, or search.
3. Click a skill to read it. Click **Add skill** to install it. A tick shows on skills you added.

## How to import skills from GitHub

1. Open **Add**, then **Import from GitHub**.
2. Paste a public repository link, for example https://github.com/owner/repo. A folder link works too.

## How to add a connector

1. Open **Customize**, **Connectors**, **Discover**.

4. A connected one shows "Connected" with its tool count.

## How to add a custom connector

1. Open **Add**, then **Add custom connector**.
2. Enter a **Name** and the **MCP server URL**. The address must start with https://.
3. Paste an API key or access token if the server needs one. It is stored privately for your account.
4. Click **Connect**. Only connect servers you trust.

## How to approve a connector action

Some actions pause and ask first. A card appears at the bottom right with **Approve tool call**, the tool name and its details. Click **Approve** to let it run, or **Deny** to stop it.

## Options explained

**Memory categories.** Memories are grouped as About you, Business and brand, Audience, Goals, Preferences, Instructions, Tools and Other. Memory never keeps API keys, passwords or card numbers.

**Skill sources.** Each skill shows where it came from: Library, GitHub or Created by you. The library has marketing categories such as Ads, Social Media, SEO and Email.

**Connector sign in.** Connectors use one of four ways: No sign-in needed, API key, Access token or Sign in with account.

**Using skills.** Type / in the message box to list skills. Type /skill-name and your request to force a skill. You can stack several.

## Questions

### Does memory see my private chats?

Memory learns lasting facts from chats while it is on. Turn the switch off for a chat you want kept out. A memory only holds a short fact, not a whole chat.

### Can I see and delete what Infinall remembers?

Yes. Open **Customize**, **Memory**. You can edit or delete any memory, or use **Clear all**.

### What is the difference between a skill and a connector?

A skill is a set of instructions. A connector gives chat access to another tool's data and actions.

### Are my connector keys safe?

They are stored on the server for your account and never shown in your browser again.

### Will a connector act without asking?

Some actions pause and ask you to **Approve** or **Deny** first.
