# Your credit balance

See how many credits you have, where they came from, and every change to your balance.

## What it is

The Credits screen shows your available balance, splits it into Free and Pro credits, and lists every change to your balance. Pro accounts can also buy more credits here.

## Who can use it

Everyone. Free and Pro accounts both have a Credits screen. Buying more credits is only for Pro.

## Cost

Free, no credits. Looking at your balance and downloading a statement never uses credits.

## Where to find it

Open **Settings**, then **Credits**. You can also search the settings menu for "balance", "top up" or "usage".

## How to check your balance

1. Open **Settings**, then **Credits**.
2. Read **Available balance** for your total.
3. Read **Free** and **Pro** under it to see the split.

## How to download a statement

1. Open **Settings**, then **Credits**.
2. In **Credit activity**, choose **Statement**.
3. Choose **Download PDF** or **Download CSV**.

## Options explained

**Free credits** come with every account. You get 1,000 when you sign up and your free credits are set back to 1,000 on the 1st of each month. Free credits do not roll over.

**Pro credits** come with the Pro plan: 3,000 every month. Unused Pro credits roll over to the next month.

**Credit packs** are one time purchases for Pro accounts. Credits from a pack never expire.

Checkout confirms the final charge before you pay.

## Limits

- One statement holds at most 10,000 rows. If yours is bigger, narrow the date range.
- Only Pro accounts can buy credit packs.
- On a team, work started by teammates uses the account owner's balance.

## When something goes wrong

| Insufficient credits. Purchase more to continue. | Your balance is too low for this action. | On Pro, buy a credit pack. On Free, wait for the 1st of the month or upgrade to Pro. |

## Questions

### Do my free credits roll over?

No. On the 1st of each month your free credits are set back to 1,000. Pro credits and credits from packs are not touched by this reset.

### Do Pro credits roll over?

Yes. Unused Pro credits carry over to the next month.

### Do credits I buy expire?

No. Credits from a credit pack never expire.

### What happens to my Pro credits if Pro ends?

Your remaining Pro credits become free credits, and your account moves to the Free plan.

### What is one credit worth?

One credit is worth one US cent. Every action that uses credits shows the exact price before you confirm.

### Why is my balance negative?

A task that was already running can use more credits than you had left, which takes your balance below zero. Add credits before you start new work.
