# Credit packs Buy one-time credit packs on Pro. Pack credits never expire. See the four pack sizes and how checkout works. Use it when you run low before your next monthly grant. ## Who can use it Pro accounts only. On Free, the Credits screen shows **Need more credits?** with a **View Pro plan** button instead of the packs. The server also refuses pack purchases from Free accounts. ## Cost Free, no credits. A pack is a payment in money, not credits, and checkout confirms the final charge before you pay. One dollar buys 100 credits. ## Where to find it Open **Settings**, then **Credits**, and scroll to **Add credits**. Pro accounts also see the same packs under **Credit packs** on **Settings > Billing**. Open **Settings**, then **Credits**. 2. In **Add credits**, choose the pack you want. 3. If you have a saved card with autopay, the app charges it in one click. You see "{n} credits added to your account." when it is done. 4. If you have no saved card, the payment window opens. Pay with a card, UPI or another method it offers. Checkout shows the final charge before you pay. 5. Wait a moment. Your balance updates when the payment is confirmed. ## How to check your pack arrived 1. Open **Settings**, then **Credits**. 2. Read **Available balance**. Pack credits count as Pro credits. 3. In **Credit activity**, look for a row that says top-up. ## Options explained **The four packs.** | Pack price | Credits | | --- | --- | | $10 | 1,000 | | $20 | 2,000 | | $50 | 5,000 | | $100 | 10,000 | Every pack gives the same 100 credits per dollar. Where rupees are used, the tile shows the rupee price for the same pack. **Never expire.** Credits from a pack are added to your Pro credits. They never expire, and the monthly reset only touches free credits. **Best value.** On **Settings > Credits**, a pack gets the tag only when it gives clearly more credits for the money than every other pack. All packs give the same rate, so you may see no tag there. On **Settings > Billing**, the tag always sits on the second pack, the $20 pack. It is a marker, not a better rate. **Saved card versus checkout.** With a saved autopay card, a pack is charged straight away without a payment window. Without one, the payment window opens. **If you lose Pro.** Pack credits are part of your Pro credits, so they become free credits when Pro ends. ## Limits - Four pack sizes only: $10, $20, $50 and $100. - Only Pro accounts can buy packs. - The app treats a balance of 1,000 credits as low. ## When something goes wrong | Message in the app | What it means | What to do | | --- | --- | --- | | Credit top-up is only available to active Pro plan users. | You tried to buy a pack on the Free plan. | Upgrade to Pro in **Settings > Billing**. | | Credit packs couldn't be loaded. Please contact support. | You were charged but the credits were not added yet. | Contact support. | ## Questions ### Do credit pack credits expire? No. They never expire. ### Can I buy a pack on the Free plan? No. Packs are for Pro accounts. Upgrade first, then buy a pack. ### Which pack is best value? All four give the same 100 credits per dollar, so no pack gives you more for your money. The Best value tag is only a marker. Pick the size that fits how much you use. ### I paid but my balance did not change. Wait a minute and refresh **Settings > Credits**. If the screen said your payment is processing, the credits appear when the bank confirms. If they do not, contact support. ### Can my teammates buy packs? Billing belongs to the account owner. Work started by teammates uses the owner's balance. ### Will I be charged twice if I click again? The app guards against it. If a charge is still in flight, it tells you to check your balance instead of charging again.
