# What is a credit

One credit is worth one US cent. Learn how many credits you get, when they reset, and which ones roll over.

## What it is

Credits are what you spend to make things in Infinall AI, such as images, videos and audio. One credit is worth one US cent.

## Who can use it

Everyone. Free accounts get 1,000 credits. Pro accounts get 3,000 credits every month. Only Pro accounts can buy more.

## Cost

Free, no credits. Reading your balance never uses credits.

## Where to find it

Open **Settings**, then **Credits** to see your balance. **Settings > Billing** shows the same balance in the plan card.

## How to see your credits

1. Open **Settings**, then **Credits**.
2. Read **Available balance** for the total.
3. Read **Free** and **Pro** under the bar for the split.

## Options explained

**Free credits.** You get 1,000 when you sign up. On the 1st of every month your free credits are set back to exactly 1,000. If you had less, you get topped up. If you had more, the extra is removed. Free credits never roll over.

**Pro credits.** Pro adds 3,000 credits each month on top of what you already have. Unused Pro credits roll over to the next month. On a yearly plan you get 3,000 credits every 30 days for 12 periods.

**Which credits are spent first.** On Free, work uses your free credits. On Pro, work uses your Pro credits.

**When you upgrade.** Any free credits you still have move into your Pro balance, so nothing is lost.

**When Pro ends.** Your remaining Pro credits become free credits. They follow the free rules from then on, so the monthly reset applies to them.

**Teams.** Work started by teammates uses the account owner's balance.

**Value.** One credit is one cent, so one dollar buys 100 credits.

## Limits

- Free accounts: 1,000 credits at signup and after each monthly reset.
- Pro accounts: 3,000 credits each month.
- Credit packs: only on Pro. They add credits at 100 credits per dollar.
- Your balance can go below zero when a task that was already running uses more than you had left.

## When something goes wrong

## Questions

### How much is one credit worth?

One US cent. A hundred credits are one dollar.

### When do my free credits reset?

On the 1st of every month. They are set back to 1,000.

### Do Pro credits roll over?

Yes. Unused Pro credits carry over to the next month. Free credits do not.

### Do I get free credits again if I use them all?

Only on the 1st of the next month, or by upgrading to Pro.

### Does it cost credits to look at my balance?

No. Viewing your balance, activity and statements is free.

### Why is my balance negative?

A task that was already running used more than you had left. Add credits before you start new work.
