# Platforms, file types and sizes Which social and ad platforms you can use, which file types each tool accepts, and the size limit for each upload. File sizes and counts come from the facts sheet, so they match the feature pages. Types are listed in plain words. Where a tool has its own rules, the table says which tool. ## Who can use it Everyone can read it. Connecting social accounts, Ad Spy results, video and other features have their own plan rules, which are on their own pages. See [Free vs Pro](/docs/credits/free-vs-pro). ## Cost Free, no credits. Uploading a file is free. A tool may use credits when it makes something from your file. The price shows before you confirm. ## Where to find it You are here. Look at the file type in the table for your tool. 2. Check the size on your computer. Use the size column. 3. If the file is too big or the wrong type, convert or shrink it first. 4. Upload it. If the app refuses it, [Troubleshooting](/docs/help/troubleshooting-errors) has the message. ## Questions ### Why was my picture refused? Most image tools take JPEG, PNG and WebP. GIF is not accepted for Image uploads, and HEIC is not accepted in Chat. Convert the picture to JPEG or PNG and try again. ### Can I upload an SVG logo? In Image, an SVG is turned into a PNG when you upload it. In Motion, SVG logos are accepted. In Chat, SVG is not accepted. ### Why can I not clone a video from the Library? Clone works for images only. ### Is there a size limit for exports? Exports are limited by the tool. For example, Word and PDF exports from Chat handle documents up to 500,000 characters. ### Which platforms can I post to automatically? The ones with a connected account: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.
