What to include in your message

The more context you give, the more useful the first reply is. Tell us what you sell, whether that is software, an online store, an app, a course, or a creator tool, and link the page you would run a campaign from. If you are already running ads, say which platforms you use and what is not working. If you have not started, say that too, since it changes the answer.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, ad account credentials, or customer data. Nothing we need to answer a product question requires access to your accounts.

Which route to use

Use the form or the general enquiries address for questions about what the product does, whether it fits your kind of product, plans, or partnerships. Use the support address if you already have an account and something is broken or a campaign did not produce what you expected, and include the campaign or asset you are referring to so it can be traced.

Book a demo call if you would rather be walked through the workflow than read about it. A call is most useful when you bring a real product URL, because the pipeline can then be discussed against your actual page instead of a generic example.
