Infinall ("Infinall", "we", "our", or "us") is a technology platform providing AI-powered tools for content creation and code generation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including the Infinall Grow and Infinall Build services.
When you create an Infinall account, we collect your full name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash). You may optionally provide a profile picture.
We collect data about how you interact with our platform — including prompts submitted to the Infinall Build and Infinall Grow, generated projects, campaign history, session metadata, and feature usage patterns.
Billing is processed via Razorpay. We do not store full card numbers or CVVs. We retain transaction records, invoice data, and subscription status for accounting and support purposes.
If you connect social media accounts (YouTube, X/Twitter, WordPress) through the Infinall Grow, we store OAuth tokens and relevant profile metadata to enable publishing on your behalf.
If you contact support or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email and any content you submit.
Your data is stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS), including DynamoDB for structured data and S3 for generated media assets. Our primary infrastructure region is ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India). Media generated by the Infinall Grow (videos, images, audio) is stored in S3 and accessible via secure, time-limited URLs.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated project files and campaign assets are retained for 90 days after creation, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@infinall.ai. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

We implement industry-standard security measures including JWT-based authentication, bcrypt password hashing, HTTPS-only communication, AWS IAM role-based access controls, and rate limiting. While we strive to protect your data, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
Infinall uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store authentication tokens on your device. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Basic, anonymous usage analytics may be collected to improve platform performance.
Infinall is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice on the platform. Your continued use of Infinall after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
