Who we are
Infinall AI is operated by OriMind Pvt Ltd. This policy covers the marketing site at infinall.ai and the Infinall AI product. If you have a question about anything here, email founder@infinall.ai and a human will answer.
What we collect
We collect three kinds of information. First, details you give us directly: your email address, your name if you provide it, the product URL you submit, and anything you type into a contact or booking form. Second, information created when you use the product: the campaigns you generate, the assets you export, credit usage, and the settings on your account. Third, technical and usage information collected automatically: pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and how you move through the site.
Why we use it
We use your information to run the product you asked for, to generate campaigns from the URL you submit, to keep your account and credit balance accurate, to answer support requests, to detect abuse and protect the service, and to understand at an aggregate level which pages and features are useful. We also use your email address to send messages about your account and, where you have opted in, occasional product updates. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers. We do not use the content of your campaigns to advertise to you elsewhere, and we do not pass your product URL or your generated assets to another customer.
Service providers
Running the product requires other companies. We use cloud hosting and storage providers to run the service and store your assets, AI model providers to generate research, copy, and creative from the input you supply, an analytics provider to measure site usage, an email provider to send account and support mail, and a payment provider to process payments. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored on our own servers. These providers process information only to deliver their part of the service.
International transfers
We operate from India and use providers whose infrastructure may sit in other countries, including the United States and the European Union. When information moves across borders it stays subject to this policy and to the contractual terms we hold with each provider.
How long we keep it
Account information is kept while your account is open. Campaign and asset data is kept so you can return to your own work, and is deleted when you delete it or when you close your account. Some records are kept longer where we are required to keep them, for example billing records for tax and accounting purposes. Deletion is permanent, so export anything you want to keep before you delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, withdraw consent for marketing email, or object to a particular use. Send the request from the email address on the account to founder@infinall.ai and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security
Traffic to the site and the product is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so if we become aware of a breach that affects you we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Children
Infinall AI is a business product and is not intended for children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect.
