By creating an account or using any part of the Infinall platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using Infinall on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

You must register for an account to use Infinall's core services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@infinall.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Infinall to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
• Produce malware, exploits, or any code intended to damage systems
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology
• Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls
• Create or distribute spam, misinformation, or artificially inflated social media engagement
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Share your account credentials with others or sell access to your account

5. Credits and Billing

Infinall operates on a credit-based model. Services consume credits according to their computational cost. The following terms apply:

• Free accounts receive a limited credit allocation each month
• Pro accounts receive a monthly credit allocation as specified at checkout
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at the end of each billing cycle
• All prices are in INR (₹) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

Infinall integrates with third-party services including YouTube, X (Twitter), WordPress, Google AI APIs, ElevenLabs, Razorpay, Amazon Web Services, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. Infinall is not responsible for the actions, policies, or outages of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimers and Warranties

The Infinall platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. You use generated content at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Infinall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Infinall. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform and stored data will cease in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notice with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
