AI Ad Campaigns for Real Estate Tech Products
Infinall AI turns a real estate tech product's landing page URL into competitor research, a campaign strategy, ad copy, image ads, carousels and video drafts, held in an Approval Queue for you to edit before export. It does not buy media, does not provide legal, fair-housing or mortgage advice, and does not check ad-platform policies for you; those stay with you and your own advisers.
The Real Estate Tech (Agent, Buyer & Seller Tools) challenge
Real estate tech, in the sense used here, covers products built around buying, selling and listing property: CRMs and lead tools for agents, transaction and e-signature workflows, listing and marketing tools, home search and valuation apps, and tools that sit between buyers, sellers and lenders. The audience splits sharply. Agents and brokerages are small businesses that buy on return on time and leads, and often distrust anything that adds admin. Consumers are making one of the largest decisions of their lives, infrequently, and are cautious about handing over contact details to anything that looks like a lead-resale funnel.
Demand is tied to the market. Transaction volumes, interest rates and local conditions shape how many agents are busy and how many consumers are looking, and those conditions move. A tool for agents has to make sense in both busy and slow periods, which usually means leading with efficiency or lead quality, not growth. Consumer-facing products face a long consideration period with a low repeat rate: someone who finds a home or sells one leaves the product afterwards. That makes the cost of acquiring each user important and the angle highly specific, such as first-time buyers, relocation or selling without an agent.
Housing is also one of the categories where advertising platforms apply their own restrictions. Ads for housing and related services are generally subject to special policies that can limit targeting options, and fair-housing and anti-discrimination rules in many countries apply to how housing opportunities are described and to whom they are shown. Wording that hints at preferred or excluded groups, or at neighbourhood characteristics tied to protected traits, can cause problems. These rules vary by country, state and platform and change over time, so check current requirements before building a campaign.
Claims need care as well. Valuation figures, 'sell faster', 'save thousands in commission' or mortgage-related statements can be tough to substantiate and, in the case of lending and mortgages, can fall under financial-promotion rules. Competitors lean on similar promises, so the strongest ads tend to be specific about one job and one audience. Infinall can help research competitors, find an angle and produce first drafts. It does not know your local rules, does not verify valuation or savings claims, and is not a replacement for a compliance adviser.
How Infinall AI works for Real Estate Tech (Agent, Buyer & Seller Tools)
Step 1 of 5
Paste your product's landing page URL
Start with the public page that explains what the product does, who it serves, which markets it covers and how it makes money. Infinall builds a picture of the product, positioning and tone from it. If you serve distinct audiences, such as agents and home buyers, run a separate campaign for each so the angle and the call to action fit the person.
Step 2 of 5
Research competing products and their promises
Infinall researches competing real estate tools and the offers and claims they lead with. On Pro, research uses real-data sources and can run at Deep or Max depth. Browse the Library's Ad Spy for real competitor ads and note which promises, such as 'sell faster' or 'more leads', are crowded so you can choose a clearer position.
Step 3 of 5
Choose a narrow angle that holds up in any market
Review the strategy and pick an angle around one job for one audience, such as follow-up automation for agents or a plain explanation of the process for first-time buyers. Edit the messaging before creative is produced, and remove valuation, savings or speed claims you cannot back with your own verified data.
Step 4 of 5
Generate copy and creative
Infinall drafts placement-specific copy and produces image ads and carousels, plus video drafts on Pro. A Pro Full Campaign in Standard mode produces up to 6 image ads and 3 carousels. Carousels suit walking an agent through a workflow or a buyer through the stages of a purchase.
Step 5 of 5
Review housing and claim wording, then approve and export
Every asset lands in the Approval Queue. Read each headline and caption for anything about neighbourhoods, who the product is for, valuation or mortgage figures, and pass uncertain items to your compliance or legal adviser before export. Export the approved set and launch it yourself in your own ad accounts. Exporting costs no credits.
Cost comparison
Infinall AI Pro is $30/month or $299/year, with 3,000 credits per month and 5 users. That covers research, strategy, copy and creative drafts for each audience or market you want to test, as far as your credits allow; it does not include ad spend, listing photography or legal review. The Free plan ($0, 1,000 credits per month) runs a Lite-mode Full Campaign of up to 3 image ads and 1 carousel with no video generation, enough to test one angle before upgrading. Video generation requires Pro.
Frequently asked questions
Does Infinall check fair-housing or mortgage advertising rules?
No. Infinall does not verify that your copy or audience choices comply with fair-housing law, financial-promotion rules for mortgage-related claims, or the housing-related policies of ad platforms. These vary by country and platform. The Approval Queue gives you a place to review every asset before export, but the compliance judgement is a human step.
How is this different from your proptech page?
This page covers products built around buying, selling and listing property, such as agent tools, transaction software and home search apps. The proptech page covers software for owning, managing and operating property, such as property management and building systems. The buyers, demand patterns and regulatory concerns differ, so the campaign approach does too.
Can it write valuation or savings claims?
It can draft wording, but it does not know your real valuation accuracy, commission savings or sale-speed results and cannot substantiate them. Any figure in an ad should come from your own verified data and be reviewed before it runs. Treat numbers in drafts as placeholders until you have checked them.
