Infinall vs SocialPilot: Agency Scheduler or Content Studio

SocialPilot describes itself as a social media management platform designed for scaling marketing agencies and brands. Its home page lists a content calendar, an AI assistant for writing posts, bulk scheduling of 500+ posts at once, content review and approval workflows, a unified inbox for comments and messages, custom reports with automated delivery, and Facebook and Google Business review management. Agencies can also resell it as a white label platform.

If your team already produces the creative and your main problem is getting a large number of posts out across many client accounts, with sign-off from each client, SocialPilot is built for that job.

SocialPilot has no free plan. Its plans page offers a free 14-day trial, then three plans:

• Standard: INR 1700 a month billed annually, or INR 2000 billed monthly. 10 social accounts, 1 user, 1000 AI credits, bulk scheduling and the social inbox.
• Premium: INR 5100 a month billed annually, or INR 6000 billed monthly. 30 social accounts, 3 users, 5000 AI credits, client approval and white label reports.
• Enterprise: custom pricing, with unlimited users and AI credits, a dedicated account manager, single sign-on and API access.

The plans page we checked shows rupee prices only and mentions paying in US dollars, so check the SocialPilot plans page for the price in your region.

Infinall AI has a Free plan with 1,000 credits every month and no card. Pro costs $10 for the first month, then $30 a month or $299 a year (in India, Rs 999 for the first month, then Rs 2,899 a month or Rs 33,999 a year), and gives 3,000 credits a month. One credit is one US cent. Pro includes 2 free account connections; each one after that costs 300 credits a month.

On SaaSworthy, SocialPilot shows a rating of 1.7 from 44 ratings, although most of the written reviews there are positive. The complaints in the most helpful reviews are mild feature requests rather than serious problems:

• The date picker for scheduling has no calendar view showing which days already have posts.
• The mobile app is harder to use than the desktop version.
• Saving templates is locked to certain subscription tiers.
• There is no overview dashboard with analytics for all accounts at once.
• Campaign posts cannot be rescheduled in bulk, one platform post at a time instead.

3. Do clients need to approve work? SocialPilot has client approval and white label reports. Infinall has team roles, such as a Viewer role that can look but not change, but no white label option.

Yes. Some teams make content in Infinall AI, download it, and keep SocialPilot as the scheduler their clients already know. Downloading and exporting finished work does not use credits.
