Marketing for Restaurants: Offers, Images and Social Posts

Marketing for restaurants should give diners a clear reason to visit, with an accurate offer, an appealing food image and a clear way to book or order. Infinall AI helps make branded images, motion videos and copy, then plan posts in the Social Hub calendar, with 1,000 free credits every month and no card required.

The restaurants marketing problem

A restaurant promotion needs to answer practical questions: what is on the menu, where to find it, when the offer applies and how to reserve or order. Start with the occasion you want to promote, such as lunch, a weekend meal or group catering, rather than trying to fit the whole menu into every post.

The hard part is making the promise match the meal. A beautiful picture is not useful if it shows ingredients, portions or surroundings your restaurant cannot provide. Treat every AI draft as something to review against your actual dishes, current menu and booking arrangements before publishing.

How to run restaurants ads with Infinall AI

  1. Save and check your restaurant brand

Paste your public restaurant website into Brand Brain. Infinall AI reads the site, asks about missing details and lets you confirm the saved brand. Check the logo, colours, voice, products and pricing before confirming. Adding and editing the brand are free on both plans. Select that confirmed brand in each composer so later work uses the same details.

  2. Make an image or motion video for an actual offer

Choose a specific promotion, such as a weekday lunch menu or a seasonal dish. In the Image composer, describe the layout and attach a real food reference picture if useful. In Motion, choose your brand, shape, length and quality, then describe the offer. Images and Motion are available on Free and Pro and use credits. Review the food, text and offer details before using the result.

  3. Write captions with a clear next action

Pick your saved brand in Infinall Chat and ask for caption drafts using the offer details you supply. Include the location, availability and booking or ordering instructions. Ask for a direct version and a more descriptive version, then choose the one that sounds like your restaurant. Remove invented ingredients, unsupported claims and any terms you have not approved.

  4. Schedule posts, then consider a boost

Add the reviewed image or video and caption to the Social Hub calendar, pick the platforms and choose a date. Both plans can schedule with reminders; automatic publishing needs a connected account, and connecting accounts requires Pro. A published post can be boosted through a connected ad account after you choose a goal, daily budget and duration and confirm the spend. The ad platform charges your ad account separately.

  5. Check competitor creative in Ad Spy

Search a restaurant brand website or a relevant keyword in Ad Spy on Meta, Google or LinkedIn. Searching is currently free on both plans. Open an ad tile to read its copy and inspect the creative. Note the offer, format and call to action as ideas for your own brief, not as evidence that the competitor's campaign produced bookings or sales.

Restaurant ad ideas with a useful brief

For a lunch promotion, make the dish the main image and keep the menu availability and ordering instruction easy to find. For a seasonal menu, show the actual ingredients and explain what has changed. For catering, describe the occasion you serve and direct enquiries to your real contact or booking page. These are creative starting points, not claims about campaign results.

A useful restaurant ads design brief names the dish, the offer terms, the intended placement and the action you want a diner to take. Give Infinall AI those details instead of asking it to invent a special. A real food photographer is the better choice when exact plating, steam, texture or the room itself must be documented. You can still use AI to draft supporting layouts and copy around approved photos.

Choose the placement before choosing the image size

Consider an Instagram feed image for a dish or menu announcement. Instagram's photo guidance says it keeps images at their original resolution when they are 320 to 1080 pixels wide and within its supported aspect ratio range. At 1080 pixels wide, its guidance gives a height range of 566 to 1440 pixels.

Do not assume that direct photo uploads and API publishing accept identical shapes. The Instagram publishing API specifies an image aspect ratio from 4:5 to 1.91:1 and a caption maximum of 2,200 characters. Check the route you will use before preparing the final asset. The linked Instagram post resizer is a useful place to prepare a feed version.

For Google responsive search ads, write headlines within 30 characters and descriptions within 90 characters. Draft around the cuisine, location and actual offer. Search ads need accurate text, not a resized food image. Preparing assets in Infinall AI does not mean it buys media for you.

Check copy and offer details before an ad goes live

Google Ads editorial policy disallows capitalization used incorrectly, punctuation or symbols used incorrectly and gimmicky or unnecessary repetition. Write a normal sentence rather than turning a restaurant offer into repeated capitals and exclamation marks. Review each headline on its own so shortening it does not change the offer.

As a practical review checklist, compare the caption with your menu and booking page. Confirm the dish is available, the location is correct and any conditions are stated plainly. Do not ask AI to invent testimonials, dietary guarantees or claims about popularity. Approval still depends on the applicable platform policies; a generated draft is not an approval from an ad platform.

Separate content credits from the advertising budget

Free gives 1,000 credits every month with no card required. Pro gives 3,000 credits a month and costs $10 for the first month, then $30 a month or $299 a year. In India, rupee checkout is Rs 999 for the first month, then Rs 2,899 a month or Rs 33,999 a year. One credit is worth one US cent.

Brand setup, calendar planning, scheduling, publishing and reminders do not use credits. Making images and motion videos does. Motion pricing is usage based, and its quality menu shows estimates; a new image does not show a price chip before sending. Do not plan a fixed number of finished ads from the monthly balance because the work and quality choices affect usage.

A live boost uses 2 credits a month, while the platform charges the advertising budget to your ad account. Keep that media spend separate from your content budget. If you only need an occasional factual menu update, an approved photo and a manually written post may be enough; use Infinall AI when you need help producing and organising more creative work.

Frequently asked questions

Can a restaurant start on the Free plan?

Yes. Free includes 1,000 credits every month, Brand Brain, images, Motion and calendar planning. You can schedule reminders without connecting an account. Connecting social or ad accounts requires Pro, so do not mistake free calendar access for automatic publishing access.

Should I replace real food photography with AI images?

Not when a promotion needs an exact record of the dish. Use a real photo for accuracy and supply it as a reference when making supporting creative. Check every output against the actual portion, ingredients and presentation before publishing it.

Does a competitor ad prove that an offer works?

No. Treat an ad as a creative reference. Ad Spy lets you read copy and inspect creative, but those observations are not evidence of restaurant sales. Build your own brief around an offer you can fulfil rather than copying a competitor's promises.
