Marketing for Coffee Shops: Drink Offers, Images and Posts

Marketing for coffee shops works best when each post gives nearby customers one clear reason to stop in: a new drink, a morning offer or an event, shown with an accurate photo. Infinall AI helps make branded images, motion videos and captions, then plan posts in the Social Hub calendar, with 1,000 free credits every month and no card required.

The coffee shops marketing problem

Most coffee shop customers live, work or study close by, and many of them already pass the door. Marketing is less about reaching strangers far away and more about giving regulars and passers-by a reason to come in today: a seasonal drink, a pastry pairing, a quiet place to work, a loyalty offer or an evening event. Each post should say what is new, where the shop is and when the offer applies.

The hard part is keeping the content fresh without making promises the counter cannot keep. Menus change with the season, a drink can sell out, and an image that shows latte art, cup sizes or a room your shop does not have will disappoint people who come in. Treat every AI draft as something to check against your actual menu, prices and opening hours before you publish it.

How to run coffee shops ads with Infinall AI

  1. Save and check your coffee shop brand

Paste your public coffee shop website into Brand Brain. Infinall AI reads the site, asks about missing details and lets you confirm the saved brand. Check the logo, colours, voice, products and pricing before confirming, because drink names and prices are easy to get wrong. Adding and editing the brand are free on both plans. Select that confirmed brand in each composer so later work uses the same details.

  2. Make an image or motion video for one real offer

Choose a specific promotion, such as a seasonal latte, a breakfast pairing or a weekend tasting. In the Image composer, describe the layout and attach a real photo of the drink as a reference if useful. In Motion, choose your brand, shape, length and quality, then describe the offer. Images and Motion are available on Free and Pro and use credits. Review the cup, the drink, the text and the offer details before using the result.

  3. Write captions with a clear next action

Pick your saved brand in Infinall Chat and ask for caption drafts using the offer details you supply. Include the address or neighbourhood, the days and hours the offer runs and how to order ahead if you offer that. Ask for a short version and a warmer, more descriptive version, then choose the one that sounds like your shop. Remove invented ingredients, origin claims and any terms you have not approved.

  4. Schedule posts, then consider a boost

Add the reviewed image or video and caption to the Social Hub calendar, pick the platforms and choose a date, for example the evening before a new drink launches. Both plans can schedule with reminders; automatic publishing needs a connected account, and connecting accounts requires Pro. A published post can be boosted through a connected ad account after you choose a goal, daily budget and duration and confirm the spend. The ad platform charges your ad account separately.

  5. Check competitor creative in Ad Spy

Search a coffee chain's website or a keyword such as a seasonal drink name in Ad Spy on Meta, Google or LinkedIn. Searching is currently free on both plans. Open an ad tile to read its copy and inspect the creative. Note the offer, format and call to action as ideas for your own brief, not as evidence that the campaign brought customers through the door.

Coffee shop marketing ideas with a useful brief

For a seasonal drink, make the cup the main image, name the drink and say how long it is on the menu. For a morning offer, such as a coffee and pastry pairing, state the time window and the price you actually charge. For a loyalty card or app, explain in one sentence how a customer earns the reward. For events such as a tasting, an open mic or a latte art class, give the date, time and how to sign up. For remote workers and students, show the seating and mention only the facilities you really have. These are creative starting points, not claims about campaign results.

A useful brief names the drink or event, the offer terms, the intended placement and the action you want a customer to take. Give Infinall AI those details instead of asking it to invent a special. A real photographer is the better choice when the exact drink, the pour or the room itself must be shown accurately. You can still use AI to draft supporting layouts and copy around approved photos.

Choose the placement before choosing the image size

Most coffee shop posts start as an Instagram feed image of a drink or a menu board. Instagram's photo guidance says it keeps images at their original resolution when they are 320 to 1080 pixels wide and within its supported aspect ratio range. At 1080 pixels wide, its guidance gives a height range of 566 to 1440 pixels.

Do not assume that direct photo uploads and API publishing accept identical shapes. The Instagram publishing API specifies an image aspect ratio from 4:5 to 1.91:1 and a caption maximum of 2,200 characters. Check the route you will use before preparing the final asset. The linked Instagram post resizer is a useful place to prepare a feed version.

For Google responsive search ads, write headlines within 30 characters and descriptions within 90 characters. People searching for coffee nearby need the neighbourhood, the opening hours and what makes your shop worth the walk, not a resized drink photo. Preparing assets in Infinall AI does not mean it buys media for you.

Check copy and offer details before an ad goes live

Google Ads editorial policy disallows capitalization used incorrectly, punctuation or symbols used incorrectly and gimmicky or unnecessary repetition. Write a normal sentence rather than turning a free refill offer into repeated capitals and exclamation marks. Review each headline on its own so shortening it does not change the offer.

As a practical review checklist, compare the caption with your menu board and opening hours. Confirm the drink is available, the price is current and any conditions are stated plainly. Do not ask AI to invent customer reviews, awards, sourcing claims or health benefits of coffee. Approval still depends on the applicable platform policies; a generated draft is not an approval from an ad platform.

Separate content credits from the advertising budget

Free gives 1,000 credits every month with no card required. Pro gives 3,000 credits a month and costs $10 for the first month, then $30 a month or $299 a year. In India, rupee checkout is Rs 999 for the first month, then Rs 2,899 a month or Rs 33,999 a year. One credit is worth one US cent.

Brand setup, calendar planning, scheduling, publishing and reminders do not use credits. Making images and motion videos does. Motion pricing is usage based, and its quality menu shows estimates; a new image does not show a price chip before sending. Do not plan a fixed number of finished posts from the monthly balance because the work and quality choices affect usage.

A live boost uses 2 credits a month, while the platform charges the advertising budget to your ad account. Keep that media spend separate from your content budget. If you only post an occasional menu update, a phone photo and a caption you write yourself may be enough; use Infinall AI when you need help producing and organising more creative work each week.

Frequently asked questions

Can a coffee shop start on the Free plan?

Yes. Free includes 1,000 credits every month, Brand Brain, images, Motion and calendar planning. You can schedule reminders without connecting an account. Connecting social or ad accounts requires Pro, so do not mistake free calendar access for automatic publishing access.

Should I replace real drink photos with AI images?

Not when a post needs an exact record of what the customer will get. Use a real photo for accuracy and supply it as a reference when making supporting creative. Check every output against the actual cup, drink and presentation before publishing it.

Does a competitor ad prove that an offer works?

No. Treat an ad as a creative reference. Ad Spy lets you read copy and inspect creative, but those observations are not evidence of sales. Build your own brief around an offer you can serve rather than copying a competitor's promises.
