Marketing for Event Venues: Images, Videos and Posts

Marketing for event venues works best when each post or ad sells one kind of event, such as a wedding, a conference or a private party, with real photos of the space set up for it and a clear way to enquire. Infinall AI helps a venue make branded images, motion videos and captions, then plan and boost posts from the Social Hub calendar, with 1,000 free credits every month and no card.

The event venues marketing problem

An event venue sells a date and a space, and most bookings start with an enquiry, a site visit and a quote. The people who book are very different: a couple planning a wedding, an office manager booking a conference, a family hosting a birthday, an agency running a product launch. Each of them wants to see the room set up for their kind of event, the capacity, the catering and the dates that are still open. One general post about the building rarely speaks to all of them.

The hard part is that demand is seasonal and lead times are long. Popular dates fill early, while weekdays and off-season months stay empty unless you promote them on purpose. Every promise in an ad, such as a capacity, a layout or an included service, becomes something the client expects on the day. AI drafts can make a hall look larger or busier than it is, so treat every draft as a layout idea and check it against your real space, current packages and booking terms before it goes live.

How to run event venues ads with Infinall AI

  1. Save your venue brand from your website

Paste your venue website address into Brand Brain. Infinall AI reads up to 20 pages of the site, asks only about the details it could not find, and you confirm the result. Check the logo, colours, voice, hall names, capacities and packages before you confirm. Adding a brand is free on both plans, and the saved brand can be picked in the Image, Motion, Audio and Chat composers.

  2. Make an image or motion video for one event type

Pick one event to promote, such as weekday conference packages, open wedding dates next season or a terrace for private parties. In the Image composer, describe the layout and attach up to 6 reference pictures of your real hall, lawn or setups. In Motion, choose your brand, shape, length and quality, then describe the offer; a length you pick runs from 10 to 60 seconds. Both use credits on Free and Pro. Check that the space, seating and decor match what a client will find.

  3. Write captions that lead to an enquiry

Pick your saved brand in Infinall Chat and ask for caption drafts using the details you supply: the event type, capacity, what the package includes, the dates on offer and how to book a site visit. Ask for a short version for feeds and a longer one for LinkedIn or your page. Remove any capacity, price or service that is not true for the dates you are selling.

  4. Schedule posts, then boost the ones that fit

Add the approved image or video and caption to the Social Hub calendar, pick the platforms and a date. Scheduling and reminders are free on both plans; posts publish by themselves only for a connected account, and connecting accounts is Pro. A published post can be boosted from a connected ad account with a goal, a daily budget and a run of 1 to 90 days. The ad platform charges the budget to your ad account.

  5. Check what other venues are running in Ad Spy

Search a competing venue's website or a keyword such as your city and an event type in Ad Spy, on Meta, Google or LinkedIn. Searching is free on both plans. Open a tile to read the ad copy, see each carousel slide and how long the ad has run. Use what you see as ideas for your own brief, not as proof that the other venue's ads bring bookings.

Event venue ad ideas with a clear brief

Good venue ads start from the event, not from the building. Some briefs that suit event venues:

  • Weddings: show your real hall or lawn set up for a ceremony or reception, list what the package includes and point to a site visit booking.
  • Conferences and corporate events: show the room in theatre or classroom layout, the screen and sound setup, parking and the distance to the airport or business area.
  • Open dates: a short motion video that names the weekdays or months still open, with the offer for those dates.
  • Private parties: birthdays, anniversaries and reunions, with the smaller room or terrace that fits them.
  • Behind the scenes: the same space changed from one setup to another, built from your own photos.

These are starting points for a brief, not claims about results. For the main shots of the space, a real photographer is the better choice, because a client will compare the ad with the room on their site visit. Use Infinall AI for layouts, offer graphics, short motion videos and copy around those approved photos.

Which platforms and sizes to use

For Instagram feed posts, Instagram's help page says it keeps photos at their original resolution when they are 320 to 1080 pixels wide, and at 1080 pixels wide a height between 566 and 1440 pixels fits. For stories, its developer guide recommends a 9:16 shape to avoid cropping, and a reel can run from 3 seconds to 15 minutes. Captions published through the Instagram API can be up to 2,200 characters. The free Instagram post resizer linked below can prepare a feed version of a hall photo.

Event ads on LinkedIn suit conference and corporate bookings. LinkedIn's single image ad specs recommend 1200 x 628 pixels for a 1.91:1 image or 1200 x 1200 pixels for a square one, with intro text best kept to 150 characters and a headline of 70 characters. For Google search, responsive search ad headlines can be up to 30 characters and descriptions up to 90 characters, and you enter at least 3 headlines and 2 descriptions. Write around the city, the event type and the capacity.

Infinall AI prepares the creative and can schedule or boost posts. It does not buy media or run search or LinkedIn campaigns for you; you set those up in the ad platform's own ads manager.

Policy watch-outs for venue ads

Google's misrepresentation policy does not allow ads that use clickbait tactics or sensationalist text or imagery. Meta's content guidelines describe clickbait as withholding information, phrases like "You won't believe...", all capital letters and too many exclamation marks. Google's editorial policy also rules out capitals or punctuation not used for their purpose, gimmicky repetition and a phone number in ad text.

Meta's prohibited commercial practices standard names deceptive pricing. For a venue, that means a "from" package price in the ad should be one a client can actually book on the dates shown, with taxes, minimum guest numbers and conditions stated on the enquiry page. Do not ask AI to invent client reviews, awards or photos of events that never took place. A draft that passes your own check still needs the ad platform's approval.

Budget: content credits and ad spend are separate

Free gives 1,000 credits every month with no card. Pro gives 3,000 credits a month and costs $10 for the first month, then $30 a month or $299 a year. In India, checkout is Rs 999 for the first month, then Rs 2,899 a month or Rs 33,999 a year. One credit is one US cent.

Saving the brand, planning the calendar, scheduling, publishing and reminders use no credits. Images and motion videos do; Motion is priced on what the video uses, and a new image does not show a price before you send, so do not plan a fixed number of finished ads from the balance.

If you connect a Google Business account, the Reviews tab lists your reviews and lets you reply; replying is free, and the Draft with AI button uses credits. A live boost uses 2 credits a month, and the ad budget itself is charged by the platform to your ad account. Keep that media budget separate from your content budget, and plan more of it ahead of your busy season.

Yes. Free includes 1,000 credits every month, Brand Brain, images, Motion and the calendar with reminders. Connecting social or ad accounts, which is needed for posts that publish by themselves, boosting and the Google reviews list, requires Pro.
