Marketing for Hotels: Room Offers, Images and Social Posts
Marketing for hotels works best when each post or ad sells one specific stay, such as a weekend package or an event booking, with accurate photos and a clear way to book direct. Infinall AI helps a hotel make branded images, motion videos and captions, then plan and boost posts from the Social Hub calendar, with 1,000 free credits every month and no card.

The hotels marketing problem
A hotel sells something guests cannot try before they arrive. People choose a stay from photos, the location, the price for their dates and what earlier guests say in reviews. Guests also come for very different reasons: a family holiday, a business trip, a wedding or a conference. One general post rarely speaks to all of them, so it helps to plan content around the occasions you actually serve and the dates you need to fill.
The hard part is keeping every promise exact. A room image, a view or a pool shown in an ad becomes something the guest expects at check-in. AI drafts can make a room look larger or a view look better than it is, so treat every draft as a layout idea and check it against your real rooms, current rates and booking terms before it goes live. Reviews matter as much as ads, so answering them is part of the marketing work too.
How to run hotels ads with Infinall AI
Save your hotel brand from your website
Paste your hotel website address into Brand Brain. Infinall AI reads up to 20 pages of the site, asks only about the details it could not find, and you confirm the result. Check the logo, colours, voice, room types and any listed rates before you confirm. Adding a brand is free on both plans, and the saved brand can be picked in the Image, Motion, Audio and Chat composers.
Make an image or motion video for one real offer
Pick one stay to promote, such as a weekend package, a long-stay rate or your banquet hall for events. In the Image composer, describe the layout and attach up to 6 reference pictures of your real rooms or property. In Motion, choose your brand, shape, length and quality, then describe the offer; a length you pick runs from 10 to 60 seconds. Both use credits on Free and Pro. Check that rooms, views and facilities match what a guest will find.
Write captions that point to booking
Pick your saved brand in Infinall Chat and ask for caption drafts using the offer details you supply: dates, what is included, the location and how to book. Ask for a short version for feeds and a longer one for your page. Remove any amenity, rate or claim that is not true for the dates you are selling.
Schedule posts, then boost the ones that fit
Add the approved image or video and caption to the Social Hub calendar, pick the platforms and a date. Scheduling and reminders are free on both plans; posts publish by themselves only for a connected account, and connecting accounts is Pro. A published post can be boosted from a connected ad account with a goal, a daily budget and a run of 1 to 90 days. The ad platform charges the budget to your ad account.
Check what nearby hotels are running in Ad Spy
Search a competing hotel's website or a keyword such as your city and a stay type in Ad Spy, on Meta, Google or LinkedIn. Searching is free on both plans. Open a tile to read the ad copy, see each carousel slide and how long the ad has run. Use what you see as ideas for your own brief, not as proof that the other hotel's ads bring bookings.
Hotel ad ideas with a clear brief
Good hotel ad ideas for social media start from a reason to travel, not from the building. Some briefs that suit hotels:
- A weekend or holiday package: show the room type that is included and state the dates and what the price covers.
- Events and weddings: show your real hall or lawn set up for the occasion and point enquiries to a contact page.
- Business travel: show the desk, the meeting room and the distance to the nearest business area or airport.
- Food and dining: a dish from your restaurant or a breakfast spread, if outside guests can visit.
- Local guide posts: a short motion video about places near the hotel, with the hotel as the base.
These are starting points for a brief, not claims about results. For the main room and view shots, a real photographer is the better choice, because a guest will compare the ad with the room. Use Infinall AI for layouts, offer graphics, short motion videos and copy around those approved photos.
Which platforms and sizes to use
For Instagram feed posts, Instagram's help page says it keeps photos at their original resolution when they are 320 to 1080 pixels wide, and at 1080 pixels wide a height between 566 and 1440 pixels fits. For stories, its developer guide recommends a 9:16 shape to avoid cropping, and a reel can run from 3 seconds to 15 minutes. Captions published through the Instagram API can be up to 2,200 characters. The free Instagram post resizer linked below can prepare a feed version of a room photo.
For hotels ads on Google search, responsive search ad headlines can be up to 30 characters and descriptions up to 90 characters, and you enter at least 3 headlines and 2 descriptions. Write around the city, the stay type and the actual offer. For Google responsive display ads, a landscape image of 1200 x 628 and a square image of 600 x 600 are the recommended sizes.
Infinall AI prepares the creative and can schedule or boost posts. It does not buy media or run search campaigns for you; you set those up in the ad platform.
Policy watch-outs for hotel ads
Google's misrepresentation policy does not allow ads that use clickbait tactics or sensationalist text or imagery. Meta's content guidelines describe clickbait as withholding information, phrases like "You won't believe...", all capital letters and too many exclamation marks. Google's editorial policy also rules out capitals or punctuation not used for their purpose, gimmicky repetition and a phone number in ad text.
Meta's prohibited commercial practices standard names deceptive pricing. For a hotel, that means a "from" rate in the ad should be one a guest can actually book on the dates shown, with taxes and conditions stated on the booking page. Do not ask AI to invent guest reviews, star ratings or awards. A draft that passes your own check still needs the ad platform's approval.
Budget: content credits and ad spend are separate
Free gives 1,000 credits every month with no card. Pro gives 3,000 credits a month and costs $10 for the first month, then $30 a month or $299 a year. In India, checkout is Rs 999 for the first month, then Rs 2,899 a month or Rs 33,999 a year. One credit is one US cent.
Saving the brand, planning the calendar, scheduling, publishing and reminders use no credits. Images and motion videos do; Motion is priced on what the video uses, and a new image does not show a price before you send, so do not plan a fixed number of finished ads from the balance.
If you connect a Google Business account, the Reviews tab lists your reviews and lets you reply; replying is free, and the Draft with AI button uses credits. A live boost uses 2 credits a month, and the ad budget itself is charged by the platform to your ad account. Keep that media budget separate from your content budget.
See real ads in your industry
- Search a hotel brand or a hotel chain name in the Google Ads Transparency Center to see its search and display ads.
- Search hotels and resorts in your city in the Meta Ad Library and compare their package offers, room images and reels.
- Search a hotel group in the LinkedIn Ad Library to see how hotels sell conferences, meetings and corporate stays.
Frequently asked questions
Can a small hotel start on the Free plan?
Yes. Free includes 1,000 credits every month, Brand Brain, images, Motion and the calendar with reminders. Connecting social or ad accounts, which is needed for posts that publish by themselves, boosting and the Google reviews list, requires Pro.
Should I use AI images instead of real room photos?
Not for the room itself. Guests compare the ad with the room they get, so use real photos for rooms, views and facilities. Attach them as references and use Infinall AI for offer graphics, layouts, short videos and captions.
Does Infinall AI run my Google hotel ads?
No. Infinall AI makes the creative and copy, and it can boost a published social post through your connected ad account. Search and display campaigns are set up and paid for in the ad platform itself.
Can I reply to hotel reviews from Infinall AI?
Yes, with a connected Google Business account. The Reviews tab lists your reviews, and a reply can be up to 500 characters. Replying is free; asking Infinall AI to draft the reply uses credits.
