Marketing for Real Estate Agents: Listings, Posts and Ads

Marketing for real estate agents works best when each post or ad is built around one real listing, open house or service, with accurate details and a clear way to contact you. Infinall AI makes branded images, motion videos and copy from your saved brand and plans posts in the Social Hub calendar, with 1,000 free credits every month and no card required.

The real estate agents marketing problem

Real estate agents win business through trust and timing. Buyers find an agent through a listing they saw, a referral, a search for homes in an area or a face they keep seeing in their feed. Sellers pick an agent who looks active and local. That means a steady stream of listing posts, open house reminders, sold updates and neighbourhood content, usually made by one person between showings.

The hard part is accuracy. A listing ad has to match the property: the rooms, the price, the address and the photos. An AI draft that adds a pool, changes the view or invents a feature creates a real problem, so every image and caption needs checking against the listing before it goes out. Housing ads also carry targeting rules on some ad platforms, so a property ad cannot be set up the same way as a promotion for a cafe.

How to run real estate agents ads with Infinall AI

  1. Save your agent or brokerage brand

Paste your agent website or brokerage page into Brand Brain. Infinall AI reads the site, asks about missing details and lets you confirm the saved brand. Check the logo, colours, voice and services before confirming. Adding and editing the brand are free on both plans. Select that confirmed brand in each composer so your listing posts keep the same look.

  2. Make an image or motion video for one listing

Pick one property or one open house. In the Image composer, describe the layout you want and attach a real listing photo as a reference. In Motion, choose your brand, shape, length and quality, then describe the listing or event. Images and Motion are available on Free and Pro and use credits. Compare every result with the real property and remove anything that is not there.

  3. Write captions and ad copy from the listing facts

Pick your saved brand in Infinall Chat and paste the listing facts you want used: area, rooms, open house time and how to book a viewing. Ask for a short post caption, a longer description and a few search ad headlines. Remove any feature, price or claim the AI added that is not in your listing details.

  4. Schedule posts, then consider a boost

Add the reviewed image or video and caption to the Social Hub calendar, pick the platforms and choose a date, for example a post a few days before an open house and a reminder on the day. Both plans can schedule with reminders; automatic publishing needs a connected account, and connecting accounts requires Pro. A published post can be boosted through a connected ad account after you choose a goal, daily budget and duration and confirm the spend. The ad platform charges your ad account separately.

  5. Look at other agents' ads in Ad Spy

Search a brokerage website or a keyword such as a local area name in Ad Spy on Meta, Google or LinkedIn. Searching is currently free on both plans. Open an ad tile to read its copy and inspect the creative. Note the format, the offer and the call to action as ideas for your own brief, not as proof that the ad brought in leads.

Ad and post ideas that fit real estate

Most agent marketing falls into a few repeatable formats, each built from facts you already have:

  • New listing: one strong photo, the area, the key rooms and how to book a viewing.
  • Open house: the date, time and address, posted ahead and again on the day.
  • Just sold: a simple update that shows you are active in the area, without inventing a sale price or a story.
  • Area guide: a short post about a neighbourhood you work in, using details you know are true.
  • Seller appeal: a post that explains how you help owners sell, with your contact details.

These are starting points, not claims about results. A professional photographer is still the better choice for the listing photos themselves, because buyers judge the real rooms. Use Infinall AI around those photos: layouts, motion versions, captions and ad text.

Platforms and sizes for listing content

For an Instagram feed post, Instagram's photo guidance says it keeps images at their original resolution when they are 320 to 1080 pixels wide, and at 1080 pixels wide it supports a height of 566 to 1440 pixels. If you publish through the Instagram API instead, the image ratio must be within 4:5 to 1.91:1 and the caption can be up to 2,200 characters. Stories work best at 9:16. The free Instagram post resizer linked below helps you make a feed version of a listing photo.

For Google responsive search ads, headlines can be up to 30 characters and descriptions up to 90 characters. That suits a short line like the area and property type plus a call to book a viewing.

For LinkedIn, which suits commercial property and brokerage recruiting, a single image ad uses a recommended 1200 x 628 horizontal image or 1200 x 1200 square image, with a recommended headline of 70 characters.

Policy watch-outs for housing ads

Housing ads have extra targeting limits on Google Ads. In the United States and Canada, Google does not allow age, gender, marital status or parental status to be used to target housing ads, and ZIP code location targeting cannot be used for them. Plan your location targeting around cities or a radius instead, and check the current policy page before you launch.

Meta's ad standards say ads must not contain content that asserts or implies personal attributes, so avoid captions that address the reader by assumed traits. Keep the wording factual.

Google Ads editorial policy disallows incorrect capitalization, incorrect punctuation or symbols and gimmicky repetition, so write normal sentences rather than all caps and rows of exclamation marks. Google's unreliable claims policy says that if you guarantee certain results, you need a clear refund policy, so avoid promises such as a guaranteed sale. Infinall AI drafts copy; it does not approve ads, and approval still depends on each platform's review.

Budget: credits versus ad spend

Free gives 1,000 credits every month with no card required. Pro gives 3,000 credits a month and costs $10 for the first month, then $30 a month or $299 a year. In India, checkout is Rs 999 for the first month, then Rs 2,899 a month or Rs 33,999 a year. One credit is worth one US cent.

Brand setup, calendar planning, scheduling, publishing and reminders do not use credits. Making images and motion videos does, and the cost depends on the work and quality you choose, so do not plan a fixed number of listing posts from the monthly balance. Video is a Pro-only mode.

A live boost uses 2 credits a month, while the platform charges the advertising budget to your own ad account. Infinall AI does not buy media for you. If you post one listing a month with photos you already have, writing the post by hand may be enough; Infinall AI is more useful when you post often across several platforms.

Frequently asked questions

Can a real estate agent start on the Free plan?

Yes. Free includes 1,000 credits every month, Brand Brain, images, Motion and calendar planning, with no card. You can schedule reminders without connecting an account. Connecting social or ad accounts requires Pro.

Should I use AI images instead of listing photos?

No. Buyers expect the photos to show the real property. Use your real listing photos and attach them as references when you make supporting layouts or motion versions, then check each result against the property before posting.

Can I target housing ads by ZIP code on Google?

Not in the United States and Canada. Google's policy says ZIP code location targeting cannot be used for housing ads there, and age, gender, marital status and parental status cannot be used either. City and radius targeting are options to check instead.

Does Infinall AI run my ads for me?

No. It makes the content and can boost a published post through your connected ad account after you confirm the budget. The ad platform charges your ad account for the spend.
