Marketing for Nonprofits: Donation and Volunteer Campaigns
Marketing for nonprofits should give supporters a clear next action: donate to a specific appeal, volunteer for a role or register for an event. Infinall AI helps make branded images, motion videos and copy, then plan posts in the Social Hub calendar, with 1,000 free credits every month and no card needed.

The nonprofits marketing problem
A nonprofit campaign may need donations, volunteer applications, event registrations or enquiries about a service. Choose the action before making the ad. A general mission statement can explain the organisation, but a campaign also needs a clear request and a destination where someone can act.
The creative task is to explain the need without turning people into props or promising an outcome the organisation cannot support. Give staff a chance to check names, consent, dates and donation wording before anything goes live. Treat AI output as a draft, not evidence of work your nonprofit has actually done.
How to run nonprofits ads with Infinall AI
Save the nonprofit's brand from its website
Paste the public website address into Brand Brain, answer questions about missing details and confirm the profile. Check the logo, colours, voice and audience before selecting it in a composer. Adding and editing the brand uses no credits. For this campaign, write down the approved appeal, volunteer role or event details separately so your prompts stay specific.
Make an image or motion video for a specific appeal
Select the confirmed brand in Image or Motion. Describe a donation appeal for a named programme, a volunteer recruitment message or an event invitation. Image makes a picture from your prompt; Motion lets you choose the shape, length and quality. Both are available on Free and Pro and use credits. Use graphic layouts for imagined scenes rather than presenting generated people as actual beneficiaries.
Draft captions with an explicit next action
In Infinall Chat, select your brand and ask for captions based on the approved campaign details. Request separate wording for donors, prospective volunteers and event guests rather than mixing every request into one post. Review the result against your own records. Remove invented impact claims, check the destination link and make the requested action easy to understand.
Plan posts, then decide whether to boost
Add the reviewed caption and media to the Social Hub calendar, choose the platform and schedule the date. Free can plan and schedule with reminders; connecting a new account for automatic publishing requires Pro. To boost, start from an already published post and use a connected ad account. Choose the goal, daily budget and duration, then review the spend confirmation. The platform bills the media budget separately.
Check other organisations' ads in Ad Spy
Search a competitor organisation's website or a relevant keyword in Ad Spy on Meta, Google or LinkedIn. Open results to examine the copy and carousel slides, then save useful examples to a Library folder. Searching and saving are currently free on both plans. Study how an appeal explains its request, but write your own message and do not copy another organisation's claims or identity.
Ad ideas for donations, volunteers and events
For a donation appeal, try a branded graphic naming the programme and explaining what the request supports. Keep the donation button or link separate from a volunteer request. Do not add a cost-per-beneficiary statement unless your organisation has verified it.
For volunteer recruitment, describe the role, location, tasks and how to apply. A motion video could introduce the role through text and simple visual scenes. For an event, make an invitation with the approved date, venue and registration destination, followed by a reminder post. These are creative directions to test, not promises of donations or attendance.
If you already have approved photography and a volunteer who can prepare and publish the posts, that manual approach may be enough. Infinall AI fits when you want help creating variants and captions from the same saved brand; it does not replace your staff's judgement or relationships with supporters.
Choose platforms and prepare the right sizes
Start with the accounts where your organisation already speaks to supporters. Consider an Instagram feed image for a public appeal and a LinkedIn image for a corporate volunteering or partnership invitation. For Instagram API image publishing, Meta specifies JPEG, a maximum of 8 MB and an aspect ratio from 4:5 to 1.91:1. A square layout falls within that range. Do not assume every format accepted by the Instagram app is accepted through API publishing.
LinkedIn recommends 1200 x 1200 pixels for a square single image ad or 1200 x 628 for a horizontal version. Prepare the composition for the chosen placement instead of squeezing a poster full of text into every format. Use the linked LinkedIn ad image resizer when adapting an existing image.
If you prepare Google responsive search ad copy for use in Google Ads, headlines support up to 30 characters and descriptions up to 90 characters each. Draft each around the same appeal and destination. These limits do not mean the Social Hub calendar publishes Google search ads.
Policy checks for sensitive appeals
Meta's personal attributes rule prohibits ads that assert or imply personal attributes. For a nonprofit offering support, describe the service rather than telling the viewer what condition or personal situation they have. Have someone review the wording before boosting a sensitive appeal.
Google prohibits clickbait tactics and sensationalist text or imagery used to drive traffic. Explain the need directly instead of using shock as the entire message. Its unreliable claims policy also disallows miracle-cure claims: a health-related nonprofit should describe its support programme without promising a cure. These checks address specific rules, not a guarantee that an ad will be approved.
Separately, make consent and factual review part of your organisation's process. Keep real programme evidence distinct from illustrative AI artwork, and confirm donation terms with the person responsible for the appeal.
Budget for creative credits and media separately
Infinall AI Free gives 1,000 credits every month with no card. Pro gives 3,000 credits a month and costs $10 for the first month, then $30 a month or $299 a year. India checkout is Rs 999 for the first month, then Rs 2,899 a month or Rs 33,999 a year. One credit is one US cent.
Saving a brand, calendar planning, scheduling, publishing and downloading finished work use no credits. Making images and motion videos uses credits. Motion shows a usage-based estimate, while a brand new image does not show a price chip before sending. Do not budget around a fixed number of finished creatives per plan.
New social and ad account connections require Pro. The first 2 connections are free, shared across both account types; each additional connection costs 300 credits a month. A live boost uses 2 credits a month, and the ad platform charges the chosen media budget to your ad account. Infinall AI does not buy media for you or turn creative credits into platform ad spend.

Frequently asked questions
Can a nonprofit start without paying for Pro?
Yes. Free includes monthly credits for creating images and motion videos, Brand Brain, Chat and calendar planning. Without a connected social account, scheduled posts use reminders rather than automatic publishing. Connecting a new social or ad account requires Pro.
Does Infinall AI manage donations or guarantee fundraising results?
Use it to make marketing content and plan distribution, not as a donation processing system. Keep the donation destination and campaign reporting in your own approved process. A generated image or caption is not a guarantee of donations, volunteer applications or event registrations.
Can we keep publishing through our existing workflow?
Yes. Download finished work and publish it through the process your team already uses. Downloading and exporting cost no credits. This can be the better choice when your organisation already has a trusted publishing routine and mainly needs help preparing campaign content.
