Web search and live data
Let chat check the live web, read a page or a whole site you point to, and on Pro collect live data like ads, social posts, places and trends.
#What it is
Chat can look things up. It searches the live web and cites numbered sources, reads a web page or a whole site you give it, and on Pro it can collect structured live data from platforms like ad libraries, social profiles, places, trends and job listings.
#Who can use it
Everyone can use Web search and page reading. Live data lookups from platforms such as ad libraries, social posts, Google Maps places, trends and job listings are Pro only. On Free, chat uses web search and page reading instead.
#Cost
Mixed. The lookups are part of the reply, so they use credits like any chat reply. Messages sent through Auto stay free. You do not see a separate price for a search.
#Where to find it
Open Infinall Chat, click the plus button (Add files) and find the Web search switch. A small purple dot on the plus button shows that Web search is on.

#How to turn Web search on or off
- Click Add files.
- Click Web search. The switch turns purple when on.
- Your choice is remembered in this browser. It starts on.
#How to read a page or a site
- Paste the address into your message and say what you want, for example "Summarise https://example.com/pricing".
- Send. A card shows the page being read.
- For a bigger job, say how much to read, for example "read the whole site" or "only the blog".
#How to get live data from a platform (Pro)
- Ask for it in plain words: "Show me the Meta ads of this brand", "Find coffee shops in Pune", "What is the Google Trends interest for cold brew".
- Infinall AI picks the right lookup and shows a card while it collects.
- Read the answer and its sources. The answer uses only what was collected.
#Options explained
Numbered citations. An answer that used the web cites sources like [1] and [2]. The numbers match the list under Sources.
What Infinall AI can collect on Pro. Profiles, posts and comments from Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn. The Meta ads library and Google ads library. Google Maps places and reviews. Search trends. Job listings. A site's page list. A screenshot of a page. Fields pulled from a page into a table.
What stays on Free. Web search, reading one page or a whole site you point to, and reading the files you attach.
Public information only. Data collection reads public information. It does not log in to anyone's account.
#Limits
- One page read can cover up to 500 pages of a site.
- A data lookup returns up to 50 records.
- Web search is part of Auto, which allows 6 messages a minute.
- Pro only: live data lookups.
#When something goes wrong

#Questions
#Does Free get web search?
Yes. Free and Pro both get web search and page reading.
#Why did chat not give me ad or social data on Free?
Live data lookups are Pro. On Free, ask for what you need from a web page you paste, or use web search.
#Can chat read a page behind a login?
No. It reads public pages.
#Does turning Web search off stop all searching?
The switch tells chat whether to check the live web for your message. Chat can still search when you ask it to look something up, for example "what is the latest on...".
