#Who can use it

Video is part of the Pro plan, and accounts on a trial can make videos like Pro accounts. Free accounts see an upgrade prompt.

#Questions

#Do I need the Pro plan to make videos?

Yes. Free accounts see an upgrade prompt. Accounts on a trial can make videos like Pro accounts. See Free vs Pro.

#How much does a video cost?

It depends on the video. The exact price shows on a price card before you press Approve & render, and it holds for 10 minutes. Text motion and Slideshow are built locally and use no video generation. See Price before you confirm.

#What formats and lengths can I make?

New videos start on Auto, which reads your prompt to choose a format. A video can be 1 to 180 seconds long, and you can make 1 to 20 versions at once. Each scene is at most 8 seconds, so longer videos are made from several scenes.

#Can I use my own face and voice?

Yes. You can create an avatar from your photos, and save your voice, in Video mode. You must confirm the photo and the voice are yours, or that you have permission. The avatar wizard takes up to 6 photos. For voice, see Voice cloning.

#Can I change a video after it is made?

Yes. Click the video in the chat, then send your change as your next message. A change can be up to 2,000 characters. Press x on the Editing chip to start a new video instead.

#What if my video fails?

Held credits come back, and failed parts are not charged. You can cancel a render while it runs, and you pay only for clips already made. See When a video fails or you cancel it.

#Can I download my video?

Yes, as an MP4 from the video card. Downloading is free. See Download and save your finished video.

#Do I have the rights to use the files I attach?

When you attach files, the composer asks you to tick: "I have the rights and consent to use the uploaded files, people, voices and brand assets." You can attach up to 10 files to one video. The app does not show separate licence terms for finished videos.
