#What it is
This page lists the messages the app shows when something goes wrong, with what each one means and what to do. Search this page for the words you see on screen. The last column links to the page with the full steps.
#Who can use it
Everyone. Some messages only appear on Free (a Pro feature) or only on Pro, and the table says so in the fix.

Free, no credits. When work fails, the credits held for it go back to you. See price before you confirm.

Numbers in a message, such as sizes and counts, are the ones in the app today. Limits and specs lists every number in one place.

#Questions
#The message on my screen is not in the table. What now?
Some messages quote a name or number from your own work, so the words can differ a little. Search for the first few words. If you still cannot find it, send the exact text to support.
#Was I charged when something failed?
Failed work does not keep your credits. If a task was already running when it failed, the credits held for it are released. See price before you confirm.
#Why does the same message appear on several pages?
The app uses one message for the same problem in many places. The last column shows the pages where it matters most.
#Do I need to refresh after an error?
Only if the fix says so. Most errors clear when you correct the cause and try again.
#Where do I report a message that looks wrong?
Use Report a bug in the Account menu. Include the exact text and what you were doing.
