Free vs Pro
A short summary of what Free and Pro each include, based on what the app really locks. The full comparison is in the credits section.
#What it is
Every account starts on Free. Pro adds more monthly credits, credit packs and a set of features that the app locks on Free. This page lists the locks the app really enforces. The full comparison is at /docs/credits/free-vs-pro.
#Who can use it
Everyone can read it. Free and Pro both use the same Home screen, sidebar and Brand Brain. Anything that is not listed below as locked is open on both plans.
#Cost
Free, no credits. Pro is a paid plan. The first month costs $10, once per account. After that Pro is $30. A yearly plan costs $299, paid once for 365 days. In India prices show in rupees. Billing shows the final price before you pay.
#Where to find it
Open Settings, then Billing. A lock on a Home mode tab, or the link Upgrade on the credits card in the sidebar, also leads there. The Owner of the account is the only person who sees Billing.

#How to upgrade
- Click Upgrade on the credits card, or open Settings then Billing.
- Pick monthly or yearly.
- Check the price shown and pay.

#Options explained
Credits roll over on Pro only. Free credits are set back to 1,000 each month. Pro credits and credit pack credits stay until you use them.
When Pro ends. Your remaining Pro credits become free credits and the account moves to Free. Accounts you already connected stay connected.
Motion. Open on Free and Pro. Every quality level (Standard, Pro and Max) is open on both plans; each video uses credits.
Campaign. Campaign docs are coming soon.
Not locked. Brand Brain, the Library and the AI Editor are not locked by plan in the app code. AI actions still use credits.
#Limits
- Free credits: 1,000 per month. Pro credits: 3,000 per month.
- Pro seats: up to 5, counting the Owner.
- Free connections for social and ad accounts: 2.
#When something goes wrong

#Questions
#Is there a free trial?
No. Free is the starting plan. The first month of Pro is a lower price, once per account.
#Do my credits roll over?
Only on Pro. Free credits reset on the 1st.
#Can I keep my work if I go back to Free?
Yes. Your brands and saved work stay as they are.
#Why can't I see Billing?
Only the account Owner sees it.
#Does Free have limits on brands or workspaces?
The app shows plan numbers for these in its plan comparison, but the code does not enforce them, so this page does not promise them.
