Memory, skills and connectors

Teach chat what to remember, add reusable skills from a library or GitHub, and connect your tools. All three live under Customize.

Free and ProFree, no creditsInfinall Chat > Customize, or Settings > Memory, Skills and Connectors

#What it is

Customize is where you shape chat. Memory is what Infinall AI remembers about you and your business. Skills are reusable sets of instructions. Connectors link chat to your other tools.

#Who can use it

Everyone. The code does not limit memory, skills or connectors by plan.

#Cost

Free, no credits. Setting up memory, skills and connectors never uses credits. The replies that use them follow the normal chat cost.

#Where to find it

Click Customize in the chat sidebar. It has three tabs: Skills, Connectors and Memory. The same screens are in Settings, under Memory, Skills and Connectors. In a chat, the plus button (Add files) also has quick Skills and Connectors lists and a Memory switch.

#Questions

#Does memory see my private chats?

Memory learns lasting facts from chats while it is on. Turn the switch off for a chat you want kept out. A memory only holds a short fact, not a whole chat.

#Can I see and delete what Infinall remembers?

Yes. Open Customize, Memory. You can edit or delete any memory, or use Clear all.

#What is the difference between a skill and a connector?

A skill is a set of instructions. A connector gives chat access to another tool's data and actions.

#Are my connector keys safe?

They are stored on the server for your account and never shown in your browser again.

#Will a connector act without asking?

Some actions pause and ask you to Approve or Deny first.
