Image problems and fixes
Find the message you see in Image, what it means, and what to do. Failed images are not charged.
#What it is
This page lists the messages you can see when you make or edit images, with what each one means. If an image is not made, you are not charged for it.
#Who can use it
Everyone. Free and Pro see the same messages. Some messages are about Pro engines and only show on Free.
#Cost
Free, no credits. Reading this page costs nothing. Failed and refused requests are not charged, see what is free and price before you confirm.
#Where to find it
The messages show in different places: a red line under the Home composer, a message in the Studio chat panel, a red card on the canvas where the image should be, or a red box under the edit toolbar. The edit toolbar box has a Dismiss error button.

#How to recover from a failed image
- Read the message and find it in the tables below.
- If it says nothing was charged, change the prompt or the settings and send again. Use Retry to send the same message.
- If it says your images may have been created, reopen the project before you try again, so you do not pay twice. Check your balance in Settings > Credits.
#Options explained
Charged or not. A request that fails before any image is made releases its credits. A refusal for safety reasons is not charged. A request that times out after it started can be charged, so Infinall asks you to check the project first.
#Limits
- One edit holds up to 8 steps.
- One edit request can cost at most 100 credits.
- Each upload can be up to 10 MB.
- You can attach up to 6 reference pictures.
#When something goes wrong
#Making images

#Opening a project

#Editing

#Questions
#Was I charged for a failed image?
No, if the message says the request failed before an image was made, or that nothing was charged. A timeout after the request started can be charged, so check the project before you retry.
#Why does my image say Pro?
The engine you picked is Pro only. Free accounts see a lock and a Pro badge and cannot pick it.
#Why was my prompt refused?
The safety system refused it. Try different words or a different picture. No credits are used.
#The project says it is not available yet. What now?
Image Studio is not switched on for your account yet. There is nothing to change. Check back later.
#Where can I see what I was charged?
In Settings > Credits, in Credit activity. Refunds show as additions.
#I made a mistake in an edit. How do I go back?
Open the Image actions menu and choose Use this version. See versions.
