Review links and what a reviewer sees
What the shared review page shows, how a reviewer comments and approves, and where you see the answers.
#What it is
The review page is the page a reviewer opens from a shared link. They read the shared work, leave comments and mark each asset as approved or in need of changes. You see the answers on the campaign. Studio canvas projects have no share link. The review page works on campaigns, and Campaign docs are coming soon.
#Who can use it
A reviewer needs no account to look at a shared page and to comment. They must sign in to download anything. Free and Pro accounts both get this. Viewing the Client review summary on a campaign is for the people in your workspace.
#Cost
Free, no credits. Sharing, commenting, approving and reading the review summary never use credits.
#Where to find it
A reviewer opens the link you sent them. You see the results in a box called Client review near the bottom of a completed campaign.
#Buttons and controls
What the reviewer sees on the shared page:

What you see as the owner, in Client review:

#How a reviewer gives feedback
- Open the shared link. The page says Shared campaign and view only at the top.
- Scroll to Leave feedback.
- Click Review on an asset.
- Type in Add a comment.... Click Comment.
- The first time, the page asks for Your name (shown with your feedback). Type it and click Save.
- Click Approve or Request changes.
Comments show with the reviewer's name, and a reply sits under the comment it answers. A solved thread is marked resolved.
#How to see the answers
- Open Projects and click a completed campaign.
- Scroll to Client review.
- Read the counts, then the state beside each asset. The number next to a speech bubble is how many open comments it has.
#Options explained
View only versus comments. The feedback box only shows when the link allows comments. On a view-only link the box is not there, and the page is just for reading. A visitor cannot tell which kind of link they have, only whether the box appears.
States. Approved means the reviewer accepted it. Changes requested means they asked for edits. Pending means it is waiting. No review yet means nothing has come in for that asset.
Assets you can review. Static ads, images, carousel slides and videos from the campaign.
#Limits
- The feedback box shows only when the link allows comments.
- A link stops working when it is revoked or reaches its end date.
- Reviewers can comment on and approve static ads, images, carousel slides and videos from the campaign.
#When something goes wrong

#Questions
#Can I share a canvas project the same way?
No. The studio canvas has no share link. Reviews work on campaigns.
#Does the reviewer need an account?
Not to read or comment. They need to sign in to download.
#Why is there no feedback box on my link?
The box only shows on links that allow comments. A view-only link shows the work without it.
#Is a reviewer's comment the same as a pin on an image?
No. A pin is your own edit instruction on the canvas, see comments and pins.
#Does reviewing cost credits?
No. It is free for you and the reviewer.
