Keyboard shortcuts
Every keyboard shortcut in the app: the sidebar, Home, Chat, the Studio canvas, video, voice typing and the AI Editor.
#What it is
A list of the keys that do something in Infinall, grouped by where you are. On a Mac, use Cmd where the table says Ctrl. On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl.
#Who can use it
Everyone. The shortcuts are the same on Free and Pro. Some screens they work on, such as Video and the AI Editor, follow the plan rules of those features.
#Cost
Free, no credits. A key that sends or starts a job costs the same as clicking the button. The price shows before you confirm.
#Where to find it
You are here. The AI Editor also has its own list: press ? (question mark) in the editor, or use Show Shortcuts. Some tool tips in the app show a key, for example Markup shows B. See the note below, those letters are labels only today.

#How to change an AI Editor shortcut
- In the AI Editor, press ? to open Keyboard Shortcuts.
- Type in Search shortcuts... to find the one you want. To use a different set, open the preset button and choose a preset.
- Click the keys shown beside the shortcut. The box says Press keys....
- Press the new keys. To go back, click Reset to default beside it, or Reset All at the top.
- If the keys are already in use, the window says "The default key is used by" and names that shortcut. Change that one first, or choose Reset All.
#Options explained
Presets. The shortcut window has presets: Default, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. A preset changes a few keys, for example Split. Everything else stays as in the default.
When the keys do nothing. Letter and arrow keys are ignored while you type in a text box, a drop down or a dialog, and while a button has focus and the key is Space or Enter. This keeps typing safe.
Mac and Windows. Ctrl and Cmd are treated as the same key in the editor. Elsewhere the app accepts either.
#Limits
- The chat panel edge moves 16 px per arrow press, or 64 px with Shift, between 320 and 560 px.
- The canvas zooms from 0.1 to 4 times normal size.
- A voice typing clip can run up to 2 minutes.
- The AI Editor needs a browser window at least 1,024 pixels wide.
#When something goes wrong
| Message in the app | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The default key is used by (the name of another shortcut). Change that shortcut first or reset all shortcuts. | The keys you chose are already taken. | Change the other shortcut first, or reset all shortcuts. |
#Questions
#Why does pressing B or E on the canvas do nothing?
The letters are shown on the edit toolbar tips, but the app has no key handler for them yet. Click the tool instead.
#Is there a shortcut for a new project or to jump between screens?
No. The only app wide key is Ctrl + B for the sidebar. Chat has Ctrl + Shift + O for a new chat.
#Do shortcuts work on a phone or tablet?
Keys need a keyboard. On a touch screen use the buttons. The AI Editor needs a wide browser window.
#Can I turn shortcuts off?
Shortcuts do not run while you type in a box. There is no switch to turn them off. In the AI Editor you can change a key in Keyboard Shortcuts.
#How do I stop a reply in Chat?
Press Esc, or click Stop generating. Esc does not stop it if you are editing a message or typing in another box.
